Secondees of ZD law are assigned to work directly with a client on a full-time, part-time, or project basis.
Secondees of ZD law can be a law school graduate, paralegal, risk & compliance professional or other legal operations expert.
Secondees of ZD law are provided ongoing CLE trainings, quarterly feedback from clients, and opportunities for advancement.
Secondees of ZD law have worked on client sites for as long as five years or as short as three months depending on the client’s needs. Secondees of ZD law can seamlessly help cover for employees going on maternity or paternity leave, provide part-time weekly support for a specific client need, or work overtime in order to meet a strict deadline.
Secondees of ZD law are also welcome to join the client’s in-house legal directly without any fee or restriction to the client.
